Unlike standard ecommerce retailers, wholesale liquidation operates on an "AS-IS" basis. We do not offer generalized money-back guarantees for buyer's remorse, due to the deeply discounted nature of the merchandise.
Exceptions & Resolutions
We do, however, guarantee manifest adherence beyond the industry 5% variance margin. If you receive a pallet that demonstrably violates the agreed manifest category (e.g., you ordered General Merchandise and received Salvage Apparel), our claim division will review photographic evidence and issue store credits, partial refunds, or replacement freight at their discretion.
